Subscribers is here: recurring WiFi accounts, built the way a real ISP would build them.

We just shipped one of the biggest additions to ISN Free WiFi this year, and we're genuinely excited about what it unlocks for the businesses running on our platform.

Until now, every guest on a captive WiFi network paid per session, per voucher, or per data bundle. Great for walk-in traffic, but it never matched how a business's REGULAR customers actually think about their internet: as a subscription, not a one-off purchase.

Subscribers changes that. Captive managers can now set up recurring monthly or weekly plans, complete with automatic card billing, fair usage policies, multi-device support, and even a reserved static IP for a device that needs one. A regular customer subscribes once and simply stays connected, with no re-purchasing, no re-entering payment details, and a receipt SMS every time they're billed.

Why this matters for the people running these networks: predictable, recurring revenue instead of guessing at ad-hoc voucher sales, less admin because failed payments retry automatically with a fair grace period before anything is cut off, and a system that scales from one site to hundreds of routers without changing how it works.

Why it matters for guests: consistency. They keep the same account, the same device setup, and the ability to cancel their own renewal whenever they want, without having to ask anyone.

And because this touches real payments and real customer accounts, we treated it that way. Every subscriber action is verified against the guest's own session, every payment webhook is signature-checked and amount-verified before anything is granted, cards are tokenized rather than stored, and the whole feature went through a dedicated security audit before we called it done.

Small businesses deserve ISP-grade infrastructure too. This is one more step toward that.
