Know your WiFi is healthy before your guests tell you it isn't.
Today we're launching the Device monitor for every ISN Free WiFi captive.
Most WiFi problems are found the hard way: a guest complains, or a router has quietly been down for a day. The Device monitor puts the health of your whole network on one screen instead.
What it shows you:
- Routers, controllers, access points and switches, each marked Healthy, Warning, Critical or Offline
- Processor, memory, storage, temperature, battery level, mobile signal, internet latency and packet loss
- Charts for the last 24 hours, 7 days and 90 days
- A heads-up before a problem happens, such as storage on course to fill up
What it does for you:
- Alerts only when a problem lasts, so a short spike never wakes anyone
- Planned maintenance windows that pause alerts while you work
- A backup contact who is told if nobody acknowledges a critical alert
- A monthly availability report you can download as a PDF and share with a client or landlord
- An optional public status page showing visitors only Online, Offline or Planned maintenance, and only for the devices you choose
- A battery and power view, useful for taxis and buses
It works with OpenWRT, Teltonika and MikroTik routers, and with the UniFi and Omada connectors. Every captive sees only its own devices, and each team role sees only what it should.
If you run an ISN Free WiFi captive, open Network, then Device monitor in your dashboard.
